Ice Wizard

Found in castles of ice in the middle of nowhere, these monsters use their ice-magic to create a life for themselves, and trap victims to feed on their mana sexually.
They are also known as Ice Kings.
Ice Wizards were once human wizards who became obsessed with ice-magic or were otherwise cursed. They are therefor human size with a variety of looks (albeit attractive) and ethnicities; however their skin always turns blue, and their hair white. They cannot reproduce.
Known to be cold-hearted, and sometimes a little mad, these boys love all things ice and snow.
Be wary of entering their domain, as they may either keep you as their imprisoned love, or as a servant they treat not-so-kindly.
